Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations received on or before May 12, 2025: A full refund will be issued, less a $50 CAD administrative fee.
• Cancellations received after May 12, 2025: No refunds will be provided.
• Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing to arrange a substitution.
• No-shows: Registrants who do not attend the event and have not cancelled their registration will not receive a refund.

How to Cancel or Substitute
• All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Please include the registrant’s full name.

Event Modifications & Force Majeure
• In the unlikely event of program changes, postponement, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate updates as soon as possible. Refunds or credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
