Children under the age of 2 may enter free of charge when accompanied by a parent.

Cancellation & Refund policies

Cancellations received on or before May 8, 2026:
A full refund will be issued, minus a $50 CAD administrative fee

Cancellations received after May 8, 2026:
No refunds provided

Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost. Please notify us by e-mail (see below) to arrange a substitution.

No-shows:
Registrants who do not attend the event and have not cancelled their registration will not receive a refund.

How to Cancel or Substitute:
All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]. Please include the registrant’s full name.

Event Modifications & Force Majeure
In the unlikely event of program changes, postponement or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate updates as soon as possible. Refunds or credits will be handed on a case -by-case basis.
