We’ll also touch on what’s been done so far and offer a first look at early results.

How can artificial intelligence help us better plan and guide our actions? As expectations evolve, we’ll look at how these insights are helping us respond to community concerns while continuing to grow in a way that works for both residents and visitors.

11:15-12 :00 :   Shared Horizons : Mastering the Experience – Attracting, Inspiring, and Creating the Desire to Travel

Imagery triggers emotion. It’s how we start to see the trip, choose where to go, and decide if we’re booking. But across the full journey — cruise line, travel advisor, onboard — are we using the right visuals at each step? And are they really helping us build demand and convert? This is a key piece of our overall marketing strategy.

12 :00-13 :30 :  Fire & Fjord - Lunch on the Pier

13:30-14 :30 :   Shared Horizons : A Vision for the Future

This session is really about taking a step back and asking ourselves a simple question: where could the Canada–New England cruise industry be by 2045? We’ll keep it open and honest—what’s working, what’s not, and what actually needs to change if we want to move forward. The goal isn’t to overcomplicate things, but simply to walk away with a few clear ideas and a shared sense of where we’re headed.
